Notice is hereby given that on 12 March 2025, a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Brian James Garrick, C/O 27A Portland Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1JN for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Ayrshire Sports Bars Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC648583) and having its Registered Office at 27A Portland Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1JN and that a Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Derek Alan Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, of GCRR Limited t/a Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, Third Floor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 19 March 2025 appointed the said Derek Alan Jackson as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and ordained the said Ayrshire Sports Bars Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
