Notice is hereby given that on 3 March 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Kirkcaldy by UK Plumbing Supplies Limited t/a Graham, Quayside 2a Wilderspool Park, Greenalls Avenue, Stockton Heath, Cheshire, England, WA4 6HL, craving the Court inter alia that Clean Air Energy Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC694719) having its Registered Office at 2 Pyeston Farm Cottages, Star, Glenrothes, Scotland, KY7 6LN (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Kirkcaldy by interlocutor dated 3 March 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kirkcaldy within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
