The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.02) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of footway to the west of High Street at Oxshott in the Borough of Elmbridge. This is to enable development as permitted by Elmbridge Borough Council under reference 2024/0189.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5725). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Post Office, Oxshott Village Store, 50 High Street, Leatherhead, KT22 0JP.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 17 January 2025.
