NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first & final dividend to Preferential Creditors of the company within two months of the last day of proving on 17 December 2024.

If they default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
