The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No. 23) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part width of Tramway Road comprising its turning head at Banbury, in the County of Oxfordshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Oxfordshire County Council, under reference R3.0001/22.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5739). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall Reception, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 8 August 2024.
