An action has been raised in Dumfries Sheriff Court by DAVID MCGINNESS, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP, 81 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 3ES as LIQUIDATOR OF KATHERINE LOUISA WEBB CONSULTANCY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company registration number SC331815) formerly having its registered office at Kirkgunzeon Church, Kirkgunzeon, Dumfries DG2 8LA and now at 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB, Noter, calling for orders in terms of section 212 of the Insolvency Act 1986 against KATHERINE WEBB, whose last known address was 4 Roseburn Place, Edinburgh EH12 5NN and in which Note the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 24 May 2024 appointed any party claiming interest, if they intended to show cause why the orders sought in the Note should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the sheriff clerk at Dumfries Sheriff Court, Buccleuch Street, Dumfries, DG1 2AN within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement, from whom the service copy Note may also be obtained. If KATHERINE WEBB or any other interested party fails to do so decree may be granted.
