NOTICE is hereby given that on 12th April 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Zaherali Ismail and others, craving the court inter alia that Ceramic Import and Manufacturing Company Limited, Company Number SC113315, having its’ registered office at Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Mitchelston Drive, Kirkcaldy KY1 3LX be wound up by the court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, and in the meantime that David McGinness, French Duncan LLP be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 16th April 2024 duly appointed the said David McGinness as liquidator of the Company and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
