This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of Part 15 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. Christopher James Lawton (IP Number: 23818) and Keeley Lord (IP Number: 29350), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 2 - 3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 03 November 2023.

Please note that further to requests from the Company’s creditors for a physical meeting having met one or more of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986, a physical meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 - 3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU on 19 December 2023 at 11:00am. Christopher James Lawton, in their capacity as liquidator of the Company, is the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

The purpose of the meeting is for seeking decisions from the Company’s creditors on the joint liquidators’ remuneration, the recharging of expenses and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 18 December 2023.

Any creditor entitled to attend and note at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
