Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 17 March 1994 intend(s) to declare a(n) First dividend to all Unsecured creditors of the Bankrupt's estate within 4 months of the last date for proving specified below.
Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts or claims and the names and addresses, particulars of their debts by sending their full names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Official Receiver using the details specified below.
The Official Receiver is/are not obliged to deal with proofs lodged after the last date for proving. Creditors who have not proved their debts by 17:00 on 29 November 2023 may be excluded from the benefit of the dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
