FBO Private Equity Select Fund, L.P. has transferred its entire interest in Headway Investment Partners, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005460 (the “Partnership”) to Argosy Strategic Partners II, L.P.. Millennium Trust Company, LLC Cust. FBO Private Equity Select Fund, L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Argosy Strategic Partners II, L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
