Irvin Cohen (IP Number: 18412), Gary Paul Shankland (IP Number: 009587) and Jacob Beake (IP Number: 27770), all of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP of 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR, were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 28 June 2022.

Creditors of the Company are required on or before 1 August 2022 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of the solicitors (if any) to the joint administrators, at Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR, and, if so required by notice in writing from the joint administrators, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

It should be noted that the joint administrators are undertaking a review of the Company’s financial position to determine whether the Company can be rescued as a going concern. As such, it is imperative that all creditors submit particulars of their claims against the Company as soon as possible but in any event by no later than 1 August 2022.
