NOTICE is hereby given that on 23 June 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Danobe Securities Limited, Caledonia House 89 Seaward Street Lanarkshire Glasgow G41 1HJ for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up OVERHYPE LTD (COMPANY NUMBER SC668920) having their registered office at 3 Prospect Place Westhill Aberdeenshire Scotland AB32 6SY and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 23 June 2022 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal newspaper; Ordains the said OVERHYPE LTD, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House Castle Street Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
