MOKE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Notice is given pursuant to s 719 Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) that on 22 December 2021 Moke International Limited (Company) approved a payment of $6,148,446 out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 5,465,484 of its own preference shares. The directors’ statement and auditor’s report required by s 714 CA 2006 are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at Unit 3 Wingrave Road, Aston Abbotts, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 4LU. Any creditor of the Company may at any time within the five weeks immediately following the date of the resolution for payment out of capital apply to the court under s 721 CA 2006 for an order preventing the payment.
