A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Lawrence and Fenn Builders Ltd (08010811) of registered address 185 Grange Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 2QB, trading from 32 Graham Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9BL, whose nature of business is building and construction, presented on Tuesday 1st December 2020 by Craig Lawrence & Mr Andrew Fenn (the petitioner’s) being joint directors of the company, will be heard by BT MEET ME at the High Court of Justice, 8 Arcade Street, Ipswich, IP1 1EJ on Wednesday 16 June 2021, at 14:45 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
