Notice: In accordance with Article 32 of the Articles of Association of the Company (“Articles”), the Company hereby gives notice that it intends to sell the shares of certain shareholders of the Company who fall within the provisions of Article 32 (“Untraceable Shareholders”). The Untraceable Shareholders comprise of those members to whom the Company has not been able to deliver notices dispatched to their address as recorded in the register of members or other last known address given by the member to the Company and/or members from whom the Company has not had contact for a period of at least 36 months prior to the date of publication of this advertisement and whom the Company believes cannot (or their successors in title cannot) be traced without expenditure disproportionate to the nominal value of the member’s shareholding in the Company. If the Company has not received any communication from Untraceable Shareholders within 21 days of the date of this advertisement, the Company will sell any such shares for the best price reasonably obtainable. Any Untraceable Shareholder or successor in title wishing to object to such sale should notify the Company prior to 5.00pm on the 21st day hereof.
