Notice is given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Whiterose Caesar S.à r.l has transfered its entire interest in CCPF No.2 LP to Redrose Caesar S.à r.l, pursuant to which Whiterose Caesar S.à r.l has ceased to be a limited partner of CCPF No.2 LP.
