Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of ICC Judge Jones of the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales on 2 June 2020 (“the Order”), that:

1. Joseph Michael O’Connor be removed from office as joint appointee of the companies listed in schedules A to C hereto (but for the avoidance of doubt the other office holders listed in the schedules shall continue in office);

2. In relation to the members’ voluntary liquidations set out in schedule A hereto:

(a) Matthew Coomber be appointed as joint liquidator of Electra Partners Group Limited and Epiris Advisers LLP in place of Joseph Michael O’Connor.

3. In relation to the administration set out in schedule B hereto:

(a) Alan Michael Hudson be appointed as joint administrator of Dunraven Finance Limited in place of Joseph Michael O’Connor.

4. In relation to the creditors’ voluntary liquidations set out in schedule C hereto:

(a) Robert Hunter Kelly be appointed as joint liquidator of Green North East HoldCo Limited, Green North East MidCo Limited, Green North East Trading Limited and Greenways Waste Management Ltd in place of Joseph Michael O’Connor.

5. The replacement appointees shall at the first convenient opportunity, and in any event when the next routine report is due to the creditors or members (as applicable) of each estate or within twelve months following the making of the Order, whichever is sooner, notify such creditors or members of the making of the Order, such notice to contain the following matters:-

5.1 an explanation of the effect of the Order; and

5.2 express reference to the liberty to apply contained in Paragraph 7 below.

6. Without being required to apply to the Secretary of State for a release pursuant to any relevant provision, Joseph Michael O’Connor shall be granted his release in respect of each case 56 days after the publication of this advertisement.

7. There be liberty to each member or creditor of each estate to apply to vary or discharge the Order within 28 days of receipt of the notices directed to be sent under Paragraph 5 above.
