Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Chasophie Group Limited has transferred part of its interest in European Secondary Opportunities II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL018146 (the “Partnership”) to Sabel Investments Limited. Sabel Investments Limited has been admitted to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
