Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BC Partners Investment Holdings Limited transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VIII-2, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number (LP010398) (the “Partnership”), to CC Holdings GP Limited, acting in its capacity as general partner and trustee of CC Holdings LP. As a result of such transfer, CC Holdings GP Limited, as general partner and trustee for CC Holdings LP, was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. BC Partners Investment Holdings Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
