Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/05/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18/07/2019 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Rosalia Blossom Vanriel who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rosalia Blossom Jacobs and assumed the name of Rosalia Blossom Vanriel.
