Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 August 2018, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd transferred its entire interest in Litorina IV L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014049) (the “Partnership”) to Cubera VIII (GP) Limited as general partner of Cubera VIII (GP) LP as general partner of Cubera VIII LP, and that, with effect from that date, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Cubera VIII (GP) Limited as general partner of Cubera VIII (GP) LP as general partner of Cubera VIII LP was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
