Passion Capital LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 6 February 2018, John Hartz (the "Transferring Limited Partner") transferred its entire interest in Passion Capital LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered No LP014323 (the "Partnership"), to Sort Hest Limited, (the "New Limited Partners") and that, with effect from 6 February 2018, the New Limited Partners were admitted to the Partnership as Limited Partners and the Transferring Limited Partner ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
