A Petition to wind up the above named company whose registered office is at Field House Farm, Huggate Road, Tibthorpe, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 9JZ presented on 3 January 2018 by WOLD BEEF SOLUTIONS LIMITED - in Liquidation (Company Number 07582262) (the Petitioner) whose registered office is at The Chapel, Bridge Street, Driffield, North Humberside, YO25 6DA claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Scarborough County Court sitting at Bridlington Magistrates Court, Quay Road, Bridlington, East Yorkshire, YO16 4EJ on Friday 9 March 2018 at 11:15 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Thursday 8 March 2018.
