Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 December 2017 Dominik E. Zehnder transferred to IMT Asset Management AG as Asset Manager of The Kusana Dynamic Global Endowment Fund all of the interest held by him in Frog European Growth I LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016131 and that with effect from 29 December 2017 Dominik E. Zehnder ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
