Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2017 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Lloyds Bank plc, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number 00002065) and having its registered office at 25 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7HN for an order in terms of section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 for the restoration of FM CITY QUAY DUNDEE LIMITED to the Register of Companies; and an order to wind up FM CITY QUAY DUNDEE LIMITED. Lord Tyre, by interlocutor dated 15 November 2017, appointed inter alia notice of the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 21 days after intimation, service and advertisement of the petition.
