Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 October 2017 at 3pm CDT) (“the Relevant Time”) Dril-Quip Holdings LLC (for Dril-Quip UK LP transferred 100% of its entire rights, title and interest (as a limited partner) (“the Limited Partner Interest”) held in the Partnership as follows:-

(i) The transfer of 0.01% of the Limited Partner Interest to Dril-Quip UK Holdings LLC; and

(ii) The transfer of 99.99% of the Limited Partner Interest to Dril-Quip Dutch Holdings LLC for (and in its capacity as General Partner of) DRQ Netherlands C.V.

Consequentially, at the Relevant Time, Dril-Quip UK Holdings LLC (for Dril-Quip UK LP) ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and (j) Dril-Quip UK Holdings LLC (in its own right); and (ii) Dril-Quip Dutch Holdings LLC, for and on behalf of and in its capacity as general partner of DRQ Netherlands C.V., were admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
