Notice is hereby given that on 20 October 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Jedburgh Sheriff Court by Karen May Telfer, craving the Court that John Telfer Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 5, Mansfield Gardens, Industrial Estate, Hawick, Roxburghshire, TD9 8AN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Jedburgh by Interlocutor dated 20 October 2017 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Jedburgh Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed William Thomson Mercer Cleghorn and Emma Sarah Louise Porter, Insolvency Practitioners, Aver Chartered Accountants, 21 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EN to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
