Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company are seeking a decision from Creditors on Request for Approval of the Statement of Affairs fee, the basis of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration and Category 2 Disbursements via a decision procedure by way of correspondence.
