BVI Insolvency Act, 2003 (the "Act")

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 178(1) of the Act that on 12 June 2017, Paul Pretlove and Stuart Mackellar of Kalo (BVI) Limited, P.O. Box 4571, 2nd Floor, Palm Grove House, Wickhams Cay, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110 were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company by Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice British Virgin Islands.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 183 of the Act, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will not be held under Section 179 of the Act, having regard to the status of the assets and liabilities of the Company and that a creditors' meeting will not be called unless 10 percent in value of the creditors of the Company give the Liquidators written notice requesting a meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the Company are required to send their name and address and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidators of the Company at the address given above and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
