Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 12 January 2017, Hereford Shopping Centre Unit Trust transferred to Hereford Old Market Limited all of the interest held by it in Hereford Shopping Centre Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015028 and that with effect from 12 January 2017, Hereford Shopping Centre Unit Trust ceased to be a limited partner and Hereford Old Market Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
