Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Partnership Act 1907, that PE Portfolio V 15 GMBH entered into an agreement dated 13 January 2017 under which it assigned its entire share as a Limited Partner in Stafford International Timberland VII Fund (No.2) LP, to PEME 09 S.C.A., SICAR, so that with effect from the date that this assignment is advertised, PE Portfolio V 15 GMBH will cease to be a Limited Partner of Stafford International Timberland VII Fund (No.2) LP and PEME 09 S.C.A., SICAR will assume its interest in Stafford International Timberland VII Fund (No.2) LP.
