Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 October 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 December 2016, Sam Singh , Hinwick House, Hinwick, Wellingborough NN29 7JE, Married/Civil Partnership, Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gursamarjit Singh and assumed the name of Sam Singh.
