Philip Duffy (IP No. 9253) of The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW, was appointed Joint Administrator of the Company on 26 November 2015 by virtue of a Block Transfer Order 2687 of 2015. The same order removed Keith Marshall from office on this date.
