Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 29 June 2016, Palatine Private Equity LLP ceased to be general partner of Palatine Private Equity Feeder III LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL020934, and that with effect from 29 June 2016 Palatine GP III LLP was appointed as general partner of the Partnership.
