A building certified for worship named Horley Baptist Church, 289 Court Lodge Road, Horley, in the registration district of Surrey in the Non-Metropolitan County of Surrey, was on 26th November 2015 registered for solemnizing marriages therein, pursuant to Section 41 of the Marriage Act 1949 (as amended by Section 1(1) of the Marriage Acts Amendment Act 1958). In lieu of Horley Baptist Church, Innes Pavilion, Thornton Close, Horley, now disused and the registration cancelled thereof.
