WHEREAS AMMIDA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC444070 was dissolved on 27 February 2015; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Ammida Limited was the Tenant under a Lease entered into between The Learmonth Property Investment Company Limited and MJC Properties Limited dated 26^th October 2010 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 18^th November 2010 of ALL and WHOLE Unit A2, The Regent Shopping Centre, Linlithgow the Tenant’s interest under said lease having been assigned to the said Ammida Limited by virtue of (1) Assignation by MJC Projects Limited to Concept Ventures Limited (with the consent therein mentioned) dated 20^th and 26^th February 2013 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 28 February 2013, and (2) Assignation by Ian William Wright as appointed liquidator of Concept Ventures Limited in favour of the said Ammida Limited (with the consent therein mentioned), dated 23 and 24 October and 4 November 2013 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 12 February 2014,; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Ammida Limited came to my notice on 12 January 2016: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
