Notice is hereby given that final meetings of members and creditors of the above named company will be held on 30 October 2015 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively at the offices of Moorhead Savage Limited, Moorgate Crofts Business Centre, South Grove, Rotherham, S60 2DH, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
The meeting will be asked to consider a resolution that the Liquidator be granted his release.
A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Forms of Proof and Proxy must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of Moorhead Savage Limited, Moorgate Croft Business Centre, South Grove, Rotherham, S60 2DH, not later than 12.00 noon on 29 October 2015.
