Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 June 2015 Deutsche Bank AG (acting through its London branch) transferred to HHG Private Capital Portfolio No.1 L.P. the whole of the interest held by it in Private Capital Portfolio L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP007828.
