Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and, by virtue thereof, section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that TPG Asia VI SF Pte. Ltd., has assigned the entirety of its interest in the Partnership to the TPG Drone Investment, LP, in writing, on and with effect from August 14, 2015. TPG Asia VI SF Pte. Ltd. Has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
