Chattelle (Developments) Limited, having its registered office at Victoria Chambers, 142 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2RQ and to appoint Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD and Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1UD to be the Joint Administrators of R.F. Chattelle (Developments) Limited, in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 20 August 2015 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, in the hands of the Clerk of Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, if so advised, within 21 days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
