Upon hearing from counsel for the Applicant Debtor and solicitor for the Respondent Creditor

It is ordered that

Pursuant to The Insolvency Act 1986, S282 (i) (a)

l. The Bankruptcy Order on the Creditor’s petition in the County Court at Haverfordwest, Insolvency no. 0037 of 2014, debtor John Howard Cooper made on the 9th September 2014 is annulled.

2. The Bankrupt’s details are withdrawn permanently from the individual Insolvency Register by 17 February 2015.

3. There is vacation of the Bankruptcy order in the register of writs and orders affecting land by 17 February 2015.

4. The making of this annulment order shall be published in The London Gazette and any other newspapers in which the Bankruptcy Order was advertised within 28 days and at the bankrupt’s expense.

5. The Bankruptcy petition be relisted on 10 March 2015 at 12.15pm at The County Court at Haverfordwest, Penffynnon, Hawthorse Rise, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 2AX, time estimate 30 minutes.

6. The costs of the annulment proceedings are to be paid by the Respondent Creditor to the Applicant Debtor, such costs to be assessed following the Creditor’s solicitor filing and serving an updated schedule of costs at least 5 days before the hearing of the petition.

7. The Creditor shall pay the Official Receiver’s costs assessed in the sum of £2021.94 by 17 February 2015.

8. The Creditor’s request for permission to appeal is refused.
