Andrew Milner of 2 Horse Race End, Heath, Wakefield WF1 5SG give notice to all former creditors of The Yorkshire Pie House Limited (company number 07885964) that he was a director of and involved in the management of The Yorkshire Pie House Limited (company number 07885964) during the 12 months ending with the day it went into creditors’ voluntary liquidation and that he intends to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with or for the purpose of carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name: The Heath Pie Company Limited (company number 9318831) which will trade as “Yorkshire Pie” and/or “Yorkshire Pie House”.
