Proposed development at – LAND AT GARROCH FARM, GARROCH LOANING, CARGENBRIDGE, DUMFRIES
Notice is hereby given that an Addendum to an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council by GL Hearn Limited relating to the planning application in respect of:
ERECTION OF CIRCA 350 BED HOSPITAL, STAFF RESIDENCES, ENERGY CENTRE AND ASSOCIATED DEVELOPMENT (APPROVAL OF MATTERS SPECIFIED IN CONDITIONS 3-8, 9-14, 16-18 AND 20-23 OF PLANNING PERMISSION IN PRINCIPLE 13/P/3/0030 RELATING TO LAYOUT, DESIGN, EXTERNAL APPEARANCE, LANDSCAPING, PHASING, TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE, TRAVEL PLAN, TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, ENERGY CENTRE, EXTERNAL LIGHTING AND SEAGULL PREVENTION)
REFERENCE NUMBER 14/P/3/0478
Possible decisions relative to the application are:
(i) Approval without conditions
(ii) Approval with conditions
(iii) Refusal
A copy of the Addendum and Environmental Statement and the associated planning application/s may be viewed on-line at www.dumgal.gov.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at the Council Offices at Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries, DG1 2HS .
Hard copies of the Addendum and Environmental Statement may be purchased from GL Hearn, 16 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PT, Tel. 0141 226 8200. A copy of the Environmental Statement costs £150 and the Addendum costs £100. In addition all documents are available (as a PDF for screen viewing only) on CD for £20.
