HC8541/13.  By an Order of the High Court of Zimbabwe, dated 9th June 2014, this notice shall be deemed service of the Plaintiff’s Summons and all subsequent process under this case. The Summons and related documents are available from Kerman & Co LLP, Solicitors, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ. Mrs Bvuma must enter an appearance to defend with the Registrar of the High Court Harare within 30 days of the date of this notice and serve a copy of the notice of appearance to defend on the Plaintiff’s solicitors, Kantor & Immerman, Solicitors of MacDonald House, 10 Selous Avenue, PO Box 19 Harare Zimbabwe, in terms of the Rules of the High Court of Zimbabwe.  Failure to do so could lead to orders being made to progress the divorce to a conclusion.”
