Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 10 April 2014, Milestone Carried Interest LP transferred 100 % of its right, title and interest held in the Partnership to Milestone Capital UK Carried Interest LP.

Consequently, as of that date, as a result of the transfer detailed above, Milestone Carried Interest LP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Milestone Capital UK Carried Interest LP became a limited partner of the Partnership.

On 10 April 2014 Milestone GP Limited ceased to be general partner in the Partnership and Milestone Capital UK GP LLP was appointed to act as general partner of the Partnership.

On 10 April 2014, the Partnership was changed to Milestone Capital UK 2014 LP.
