Dissolution of Partnership on Conversion to Limited Liability Partnership

Notice under Section 36(2) Partnership Act 1890

The partners of Sheppard Robson (the “ Partnership ”) give notice in accordance with the above Act that they have, with effect from 1 April 2014, commenced the dissolution of the Partnership following the transfer of the business of the Partnership to Sheppard Robson Architects LLP, an English registered limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 with registered number OC391030. All new business will now be conducted by Sheppard Robson Architects LLP and its subsidiaries.
