Important notes
Deceased estates notices
Your claim date must be a minimum of two months and one day from the date of publishing in The Gazette. If you have set a claim date that is less than two months and one day by the time your documents arrive by post, we will automatically change your claim date to two months and one day from the date we are able to publish your notice.
Petition to winding up order notices
This notice should be placed in The Gazette at least seven clear working days after the petition has been served and seven clear working days before the hearing. You will need to bear this in mind if posting your court order.
