A Service of Dedication is to be held for the Order of the British Empire at 11.00am on Wednesday 16 November 2022 at St Paul’s Cathedral.

Those belonging to the Order and holders of the British Empire Medal who wish to attend should apply for a ticket online at www.centralchancery.org.uk and complete the registration form.

Alternatively, please apply for tickets in writing to The Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood by post to the Central Chancery of the Orders of Chivalry, St James’s Palace, London, SW1A 1BH, or by email to events@centralchancery.gov.uk.

Please include your full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, appointment and any other decorations in BLOCK CAPITALS along with the name of your guest (maximum of 1 per Member or Medallist). Applications should be received no later than Sunday 9 October 2022.

The Service will take place in the presence of the Officials and Knights and Dames Grand Cross of the Order.
