Insolvency web forms now live

Laptop and CoffeeYou can now place insolvency notices with The Gazette via nine online forms, which cover:

  • winding up petitions (companies, partnerships)
  • creditors’ voluntary liquidations (resolutions, meetings, appointments, deemed consent)
  • intended dividends (personal insolvency)

We wanted to make it easier for valid notice placers to submit notices online, and make the whole process straightforward and seamless. Through user research and consulting with insolvency professionals, we developed the forms to be user-friendly and time-saving.

You can find out which insolvency web forms are available here. A wider range of insolvency notices can be submitted via XML.

To place a notice online you’ll need to register or sign in, and be a valid notice placer. We’ve also created a guide to notice submission which takes you through the process.

If you have any queries regarding how to submit notices for publication, the Gazette customer services team will be happy to advise you and can be contacted Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm.
