New towns (1602)
What is this notice?
- These are notices of intent from the commission for the new towns to dispose of a property that had previously been acquired under compulsory purchase and a call to find the previous owners of the property/land
- This notice has been retired due to having the same underlying rules as code 1603 and due to the fact that the Commission for the New Towns no longer exists (their functions have now been subsumed into the Homes and Communities Agency)
